  1. In the case of an unforeseen cancellation of a performance or event, the venue, event organiser, or performer will not be held liable for any attendee losses beyond refunding the ticket’s face value.
  2. Certain seating areas in the venue may have a restricted view, and we encourage event organisers to inform prospective attendees in their promotional materials, as these seats may not be priced lower than others despite the viewing limitations.
  3. Tickets are sold with the understanding that the venue, organiser, and/or producer may alter the performance schedule or cast due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of such changes or cancellations, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase, and a full refund will be issued.
  4. The venue, event organiser, or performers are not liable for any changes or inaccuracies in contact details that may hinder communication with ticket holders. For group bookings, the group lead who purchased the tickets is responsible for conveying any changes to the rest of the group.
  5. The ticket holder is entitled to a seat of the value indicated on the ticket, but the venue organisier reserves the right to provide alternative seating if necessary. If only seating of lesser value is available, the ticket holder will receive compensation up to the difference between the ticket price and the cost of the alternative seat.
  6. The venue, organiser, and performers accept no responsibility for any injury, loss of personal property, or damage to vehicles parked at the venue.
  7. If you have concerns about special effects being included in a performance, it is advisable to inquire with the organiser at the time of booking
  8. If you need extra assistance with wheelchair accessibility, it is recommended to contact the event organiser, especially during busy performances.
  9. To ensure a respectful environment for all attendees and musicians, no food, alcohol, or hot drinks are allowed to be consumed inside the theatre at any time; however you may eat outside the theatre whenever you wish.
  10. Any attendee who has booked tickets with the understanding of paying at the venue will be held liable for the full payment in the event of a no-show.
  11. For events where a complimentary light meal is provided, please note that it may not be available for tickets booked less than 5 working days before the event day due to catering deadlines.
  12. Cancellation: Please refer to the event organiser’s flyer, as it will provide information regarding the Cancellation Policy.
